Just a reminder that the offtake agreement is subject to the placement of orders for SAG by 30 April 2008:

"The offtake agreement is a bankable document and is subject to a number of standard conditions, including the placement of orders for SAG (Semi Autogenous Grinding) and ball mills by 30 April 2008, execution of Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management and Commissioning services (EPCM) by 31 July 2008 and commencement of site works construction by 31 January 2009."

Therefore, must hear something on Finance before 30 April.

Also, my understanding is that they are expecting/hopefull of obtaining Finance from a German Bank. It wouldn't surprise me that the bank will want GIP to order the SAG and other major equipment purchase also from German suppliers (just speculation on my part, I have seen it happen before). Therefore, only 2 months at most until we find out the details, not long in the scheme of things.
