In Canaccord's FEX projection, AUDUSD ranges from 0.746 to 0.759 over 2018 to 2025. The sharp strengthening of USD is expected to continue given the expected hikes in US interest rate in the medium term and the jaw will widen between AUD and USD. This FEX tailwind will generate recurrent higher AUD revenue and will consequently support higher EBITDA and FCF for Baldhill.
