@Mossberg at a guess I would say its due to an increasing feeling pedro sanchez will veto the salamanca mine and not grant the permits. If you read the Prospectus for the spanish listing carefully it does have a disclaimer about the permits may not be granted and this process is out the companies control. That sort of information on top of the negative news articles is making people very nervous.
