But the BOD wouldn't be up to this because of their obligation to continuous disclosure and the risk is shareholder Class Action, if they. knowingly use the unsuitable plant site as a smokescreen for the BFS not coming up to scratch and use a 3 month delay to look for more resources. Wouldn't the risk of your entire career being put on the line and be banned for life as well as ASIC sanctions prevent this from ever happening? I think best to take a deep breath and chill out rather than jump too quickly to conclusions. Please give the BOD the benefit of your doubt. Thanks for your restrain.
