yep and if your debt free and cashed up, there are going to be some great savings rates coming up.....but dont keep all your cash in one bank!!!! ;)

walk into a bank with 100K, tell them you want a better rate on a term deposit....nothing more than 6mths and watch what you can get!!
There is desperation creeping into the banking sales sector! mwhahahahahaha
