Ann: Grant of ASX Waiver, page-5

ASX RULE 14.7 states that "if an entity states in a notice of meeting that it will do something that the listing rules require it do, the entity must do that thing."

SOOOO.....what are the listing rules requiring CSD to do that they have asked to waive


Is it the following:
Issue the shares later than 6 months (because they are required to be issued no later than 6 months)??

I dont see what else they could be asking csd to do??

So the question now is, will this further delay relisting??
