After Jases contact with Roby several weeks ago, I decided to reach out and get some more info for myself. Roby has kindly responded and given me permission (on 2 occasions) to share answers with you all.
My questions/topics i wanted clarification on:
1) There have been rumors around in the group that there are plans to sell the skin care/derma line.
2) Any updates on the $1m deposit. I understand from Jasons correspondence with you (which was uploaded to the group) that you outlined there were delays and issues that they ran into. Just wondering if there are any updates
3) Your thoughts on the current shareprice, and why is has traced back to much. take Jan/Feb 2018 for example. it was 12-13c a share, and has now dropped to 0.064 on close yesterday. Do you feel that this may be a case of SH losing confidence? Or is there something more to justify such a price drop?
4) Any additional clarification/info he could provide
Roby's answers have been screenshot and placed below so there is 100% transparency in this post, and I cannot be accused of changing answers. Again, permission has been given to me twice by Roby, and I am happy to provide proof of this should anyone have any issues.

So what now? Well take what you will from this. Some of the specific questions were not directly addressed, however I am content with the response. I believe Roby has answered to the best of his ability whilst also meeting his legal obligations, and to be honest, he could have told me to piss off or just simply ignored the questions like most other companies have done (the ignoring part, not the piss off part lol). I still wont be loading anything more into MXC until i see strong signs of reversals, and probably will hold off until EOFY to avoid the sell offs.
