Hi Tennvol and welcome to Hotcopper

    You are exactly right.

There is no reason, and never has been any reason for the banks not to continue to lend to Centro.

I've been saying this right from when this fiasco first occured.

I've seen the cycle before when around 20 years ago Australian banks were falling over themselves to lend money to anyone and everyone for the the most improbable schemes. Then they changed their attitude and made it difficult, even for their good safe clients.

When this happens it is inconvenient and sometimes difficult for the good sound companies, but they survive.

    Centro will survive and prosper.

    And the cycle will continue.

    The banks are bast*rds.

    Nothing has changed.

    Seen it all before.

    Cheers,

    Bendigo
