ASIC seems to have cracked down recently on waffle announcements implying significantly more commercial gain than is factual, like the recent CFO announcement.
If CBA do sign hopefully ASIC insist the real scope and commercial scale of the agreement is disclosed in the first instance so as to not to have a repeat of the NAB fiasco
