Can someone confirm this - but doesn't Carter have to be re-elected at this years AGM? 2015 was SC's last re-election?
I'd take that the "New CEO" chatter on here is in relation to a few larger SH's who are starting to flex their muscles?
If I was to have a punt, I'd guess we might potentially see:
- New CEO by AGM
- SC to remain as the Chairperson - which I don't mind actually, you don't want 2 x new people in their
- This new Director to go as he was just a stop gap
