Claws, way behind. Not so sure about that. Hadn't seen the announcement at that stage but I reckon that we've generally been ahead of the curve. $1.10 is a real win for ZFX and well inside what I considered would be a tolerably generous offer.
Demonstrates clearly that the blue sky arguments could not sustain any value.
