If I can add. Transol have a software driven system which processes their image taking ie there is no ground based detection system. Possibly attractive from a start up point of view but its major limitation is that it just does not get all the infringers, up to 20% missed with these softwired systems, whether they be laser or radar based or as in this case software processing. This is precisely the reason why Redflex does not have any softwired installations. All its redlight infringement detection is via some sort of ground loop, which gets the lot.
