There is clearly a lot of interest in North America to get Kimberley away and I doubt whether it would have gotten this far without significant pre commitments from the bigger players. We shouldn't forget that it is a different world for zinc over there and I bet that the North Americans (Funds/Brokers) can see a significant uplift from here. Arizona Mining a good example of hefty valuations.

So here is a the thought. Assuming that the IPO gets underway and we see a valuation of $80 m C (and this is very reasonable in that market for big projects), how long do we think it would be before MCT with its 40% share remains at current SP. Now that I imagine would be a real take over target.......
