Who said or claimed he was an expert? Just because he's spent more than a few minutes producing his work does not make him an expert.
Why don't you treat his report with a grain of salt and analyse it for what it is? As you say you know nothing of his motives and background.
Do you treat broker "research" with a grain of salt as well? Its not like they are conflicted at all aye...
I really can't see the difference between his work and the posts that happen here everyday on Hotcopper... except he looks to have put more effort and dug a little deeper than most do here.
