I have considered that BB deliberately slipped the funding info into the presentation knowing that it was a breach and would incur a suspension. He has to know that the information had not been released officially and, that even if it is correct, to mention it at a presentation is a big no no. Please don't harpoon me, just trying to think of some other possibilities.
