At the EGM - did the question get specifically asked what the finance was for ?
Capex or Opex or both ?
My take is the Capex is fully funded by SKI
The Opex is what AUZ need finance for.
If SKI is funding the Capex then this a great deal.
If it is not then the 12c option to acquire 19.9% is way to cheap as I expressed when the deal was first announced.
