Great Post PE
The disclosure requirement problem and the suspension is a sideshow IMO. The biggest news for us shareholders is what came out of BB's mouth in that video.
IMO you can assume that all that BB said was actually the truth, so its now just a matter of waiting till the dust settles, legal formalities are met with.
