You have to distinguish the enrichment of the Uranium to the cost, speed and operational capabilities of the actual plant. I think this is what you are getting at Parmenio.
I dont know about comparing GEH to Areva etc but you can read about many recently announced GE plants aswell as Andy White's clear intentions to grow Nuclear in a massive way by doing a few google searches. I think GEH are looking pretty strong.
You can follow links on GE's website to their nuclear section, it gives info about their latest reactor models.
