That is simply untrue and a cop-out. There is no ""conflict of interest" in any of the tabled Resolutions (with perhaps the possible exception of Resolution 6). If you read the Meeting results there is no meaningful difference in the voting numbers in any of the 7 Resolutions.

You make irrelevant arguments. The facts are simple. The votes carried the resolutions. That's all that matters. Simple as that!! To be attempting to read between the lines to make up other perspectives is to become a conspiracy theorist and frankly to misrepresent what has happened here. Way too much conjecture in your posts here.
