No what I am saying is, unless GSW is banned from using the money, then we don't know how much of it will be left in a year or more time (I've seen cases go for 2-3 years before investor see any returns) when a decision on legal proceedings is completed. There are too many unknowns to predict anything really. Will Fidelity be suing? Are GSW and directors insured for potential damages amount? If not where would the money come from? How long will this legal case run for? Is their business actually moving forward fundamentally (no news for months now). At a marketcap of $65mill and so many unknowns I don't know why anyone would invest in this. Extremely high risk proposition atm.
