Chair, I saw someone else mention that, but I never saw it added there in the first place. I did check it a few times closely after to the announcement of his employment and it wasn't added there then. The website is poorly updated, if you look at the information provided for each individual project, a lot of it is well over a year old. He was never a Director and could possibly come under Cherie in terms of seniority as well. I feel he should have been included on that list, but fairly sure he was never added.
Further, BOD has a duty of continuous disclosure to maintain and if a senior manager leaves the company this would fall under that duty to inform the market
