and for all TLS holders who have lost big time- you can offset that against any capital gains tax such as real estate for example, for as long as you like!
now that's a win/win situation!
you also can sell your TLS shares before June 30 and buy back in immediately.
it just depends on your circumstances. i myself don't use an accountant, but some of us need direction, so
DYOR to get the best!
