Jiaming have a 200 ton per day acid leach plant and have offered to lend us equipment...

Scandium at Nyngan is 250 ppm (parts per million) - that's 250 grams per million grams - or 0.25 kilo per tonne.

A 200 ton a day plant could produce 50 kilos of scandium a day. 50 kilos X 365 days = 18,250 kilos a year. That's the "minimum 10 tons per year production of scandium" that Duncan is talking about.
