Notice that with most announcements of “binding xyz” it’s is a vehicle of transfer of stock to retail investors at a “best price possible” scenario. I bet with the next announcement the same happens, it will go up, shares will be distributed and it will fall lower than before the announcement. Why do people continue to burn their capital?
