I think even blind Freddy can 'see' that if the Environmental Impact study was submitted last year, when planned, the chances of it being approved in time to gain ML with 'the others' would have been greater...
And, whether the ML was dependent for Prospectus approval or not, almost 4 months over Announced timeframe to submit this Prospectus, compounded by the protracted approval process, has now forced Co to CR and the aftermath consequences investors are currently enduring...ho humm...
