Solar preheating of the geofluid is unlikely to be useful. The estimated production temperature is around 250 C so unlikely to be raised by solar preheating. This plant is also intended to operate 24 hrs per day. Night time temperatures are low (bloody freezing if you have ever had to camp out there)so a solar array would actually lower geofluid temps at nightime.
