Maybe the new director is just on board to ramp the stock and collect on his 2 mill options exercisable at 50 cents . So given he is well connected with big money it wouldn't be hard for him to get IMC ge"ed up to 70 cents ....so there's a 400 k bonus for him should he choose to take it .

However ............. the big picture here is that the new director,s contacts etc etc ...may just leap frog us into the $3.00 per share range ....that way he stands to make 5 mill .

A few cents here and there over the last 24 hours or so ....you're right W ...no big deal

Its the appreciation of the IP value of IMC that we should be focusing on
