You almost feel we should try and call an EGM through section 249D of the Corporations Act 2001 ... there would be 5% of Starpharma on here wouldn't there ...lol
While it may not be successful, it would certainly smarten up a few people ...... and although you laugh, it is happening on another company I hold at present and that is to remove two Directors and the CEO .... it almost happened on another company I own shares in as well recently but a TO squashed any further need for that ?
