Once these institutions decide to clear a stock, they are only interested in that and not the price.
Obviously want to clear them before the end of the quarter and if they want to see the cash in their bank account then they will need to sell them by tomorrow.
I don't believe they have any good reason to sell, they're just a stale holder in a stock that hasn't performed pricewise.
