When I say they are all wrong, I mean they are not precise. When using the terminal value, do you apply the terminal year at the 5th year, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, what discount rate do you use? What long term growth rate do you use? So many variables.
Your DCf is wrong, so is mine, & so is Warren Buffett & Charlies. DCF's are a guide, not a crystal ball.
