Are you aware of the 304 million shares that can be printed at anytime without prior approval?
It's going to get you to 2148 billion shares or there abouts. As directors, it's fantastic to have those up their sleeves....So, what price will they be printed at when the 200 million 12 cents are substantially under water? The sophs are unlikely to average down you would think. Much of the stock going through now is probably some of them throwing them back with the thought that they got this one wrong. You'd expect many of the same people being tapped again which becomes a negotiation based upon risk/reward.
