All well and good to tell the competition as little as possible, but us mushrooms deserve a little respect I would think.
Given that you are the only peson on here I am aware of that has been to the last few AGM's, and had intimate "chats" with management (lucky you), I am going to suggest that there will be no ann re "submission", but rather a TH and spectacular announcement proclaiming SMRA approval, as you have hinted at, several times now.
I will continue loading up at these farciacal prices, as I believe in the story and structure, just not the methodology.
