I wonder if the reason that Twiggy hasn't put a bid in yet is because he is waiting for the independent report that was being organized for the MIN takeover as to the value for AGO shares. The independent report is likely to be less that what the value for AGO shares that they would be worth in Twiggy's hands but higher than what Gina is offering.
When the report comes out then Twiggy can make an offer for AGO and have the benefit of an independent valuation to say that his offer is fair for the AGO shareholders. Currently Gina has no evidence that 4.2 cents is a fair price.
