AHZ was not 100% owner of the immunotherapies so we are part of the original shareholder group that now owns 40%.
Consider this as a capital raise for the immunotherapies entity which has sold newly issued shares for $18m. That has diluted AHZ to 29.1% (I can't remember AHZ's initial % holding in this entity but think it was something like 75%). The money goes to the immunotherapy entity so whilst on one hand AHZ owns a smaller amount of this pie, on the other hand the entity has become a bigger pie now.
Importantly this will mean that AHZ won't have to keep ploughing funding into the immunotherapy entity because it now has $18m in its accounts.
