By my calc's the fully diluted numbers for CFE with all options exercised at their various prices (I included the 3.3 million at $1.40 but I can's quite see that happening) show there would be 482.935 million shares fully diluted with $468.8 million incoming from sale proceeds and option conversions giving non-discounted cash value of $1.03 per share.

Obviously that has to be discounted somewhat right now for the due diligence failure risk and a further discount for the markets general aversion to stocks holding cash and little else. But that still leaves a little bit of upside from 50c.


Very solid buying in the options at 23c on close.
