directors buying

IS anyone following HRS? They appear to be very low key but have 2 good coal interests -Tiaro Coal Field (Farm-in Interest & Option) in Qld (soon to be floated) and Vasse Coal Field (Royalties) in WA. What's caught my attention is the buying up continuously by directors (see below) Also, parent coy doing the same - it's purchased approx 2.4 mil. shares since Aug last year - similar buying pattern, small lots often. Does anyone have any thoughts?
