We just brought some TLS today and expecting the share should go up, hopefully 3.00 before the next ex divident date (11c + franking credit) in August. I think the risk is a minimal for longer term investor. You should see a decent return after this restructure program is completed in about 2 to 3 years. We just have to patiently enjoy collecting the divident for now. Don't read too much in to some of the broker's comments, in my experience, they make money when you sell your shares.
