Thats a good post actually. The reference on the equity raise was specifically raised by BB at the recent EGM. Basically that all debt and no equity would be high leverage and I cant recall if a ratio was mentioned. Then in the next breath he stated he hated consolidation and there were two avenues used to get debt (plan A and B).
My interesting take out is SK are talking to AUZ representative (that would be Menagu[how ever its spelt]) and I recall they chose these to represent them in negotiations as that is what they do for a living and therefore get the best possible terms and conditions. So, BB knows when he DOESN'T KNOW and have the experts cover this.
