My word, paid to give evidence? L&M must be desperate to essentially bribe someone to give evidence for them, particularly if it directly contradicts what that very person said earlier on. Also, it would be regrettable if the person who mentioned Hamish really had no idea who it was giving such seemingly contradictory evidence (I can't remember who posted that it was Hamish - and it may have well been Hamish).
No worries - with a share price of 14.0c, I would think Mr Market has priced in a $55m NZD payment 'tomorrow'.
Speaking of the court case, some sort of decision must be close? been 3 months or something now.
