Here is the Terrain Capital letter again refuting the claims made in the Herald Scum.  For all the whinging about who didn't get what they wanted, here is the truth.  Look at the Requisitioning Members who partook in the share placement and look at the Requisitioning Member who is quoted in the article.  This is all the evidence anyone needs that this is a complete beat up.

The Requisitioning Members and the whinging entitled Johnny Come Latelies completely miss the point that in a placement existing shareholders do not have an automatic entitlement which is why there are ASX rules about how much can be placed without shareholder approvals. People who do not understand ASX rules have no place on a listed company board.
