Can I get clarification please? I directed my votes to the chairman as proxy, based on the comment in the papers "PLEASE NOTE, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE MEETING INTENDS TO VOTE ALL UNDIRECTED PROXIES AGAINST RESOLUTIONS 1-6, AND FOR RESOLUTIONS 7 AND 8. ". I assume that the chairman will vote this way as the chair even if he (she) decides to abstain from voting their personal shares.
Have I messed up?
