I really think you should read what people actually say rather worry about if you have/haven't got what you think is right....... I said it isn't required.....
ASX listing rules don't require a trading halt if a 249D is served on a company.......
If it was in fact a listing rule then any company that has had a 249d served would of been placed in a trading halt, so just for a point of reference for you .........
