if NTA is 30c
if u compare to other property trusts etc which for eg RRT is trading at 20-30% of NTA
i reckon, even being generous RHG is 15c maximum (50%)
i have a feeling it would be 10c in 3-6 months or sooner
no divs, no business, years taken to claw back
business still at risk
therefore as an intelligent investor, i would consider buying only @10c
