Another factor in asset sale pricing is comparative sales. NST picked up South Kalgoorlie for $80m - a producing operation. That would put Coolgardie in the $40m ish range.
Surprised (or maybe not....) that we haven't heard anything about the completion of the Jasper Hills sale.
The cynic in me says farm-out at Laverton and sale at Coolgardie.
