Just attended an auction in Sydney where the property sold for 100k less than the one next door, which sold just on 2 years ago.

Both have same land size, only difference is the one that sold for 100k more was brick veneer and the one that sold for 100k less is FULL BRICK!!!

Both in similar condition... Just goes to show that there are bargains out there you just need to find them. I believe that this will continue to happen until there is a balance between house prices and income earnings...
