- Our proposed joint venture (JV) in Las Vegas continues to progress. We have previously announced our intention to partner with a US firm which brings complementary products to the same target market. By bundling our products and solutions, the proposed JV will deliver a unique offering with a clear and measurable return on investment to our customers. The bundled offering will extend perishable food shelf-life, reduce refrigeration energy and maintenance costs, and automate food safety record keeping. A letter of intent was signed on 14th April 2018 and our team has finalised the business model.
