Mickey, KML has to pay the $1.5m owing for the Napier zinc projects now, not MCT.

KML will pay MCT $500k in the Sept quarter, once the seed capital has been raised. Then another $4m in the Dec quarter once ipo is completed.

MCT will have about $6.5m, less whatever is spent in the next 4-5 months.

They're the facts from what has been announced. Who knows what the future holds. There may be another $8m coming from KML over the next 2 years, or maybe not, depending on KML sp.
