Let me clarify. Since the most recent capital raising the SP has been sitting between 1.2c and 1.6c. A few announcements have been able to touch 1.6c but not break past that. Of course, I could easily be wrong with my initial analysis since it now appears that placement selling is done and the SP won't be restricted as much as previously
