Conversations with those close to the company indicate the directors come from a very cautious and risk averse part of China, and this very much colours their decision making. It seems they are more scared of making a decision and it not working out than doing nothing. The trouble is they may soon run out of the capital required to get mining up and running. I have been a long-term holder but have drastically reduced my holding. Still keep some just in case the directors have a change of heart and have a go.
