as I said once the announcement is out the wannabes should come in and introduce themselves and outline there credentials if they have any and what there vision is and more importantly how they are going to fix the problems, nope not tripping up, but if thats what you feel thats fine, as we know you are in the know, oh no wait your not your partner is and he doesnt trust you enough to discuss,
